Woo-Hoo, more unnecessary negativity >_> *Sighs Scathingly*Ah, so contradicting Cyrodiil's environment isn't too noteworthy? So, Boethia and Peryite's realms being *exactly* the same as Dagon's okay? There's also the Akaviri-snakemen problem. And how wasn't the plot generic/re-used? Todd Howard is ruining (one of) The Greatest (or once Greatest) RPG series of all time.

Honestly, an expansion is ruining the series? I'm so tired of people trying to convince everyone that it's release is somehow a bad thing.

I never said the expansion was ruining the series. The expansion helps, but it is more along the lines of who is controlling the development of the expansion. That same person said that roleplaying was: "Riding around on a horse and killing things." Todd Howard is really someone I have no faith in.

First of all, sorry if I offended you personally at all. I've come to realize that I often do that without even realizing it. I've got nothing against you.
Anyway, I do think that the expansion will be fun. But, I do agree that the series has been dumbed-down considerably, if that's what you were getting at.

Grey, what I am getting at is that the lore in SI will do one of two things: break the lore we know of, or not exist period. The latter would be illogical (but, then again, Oblivion hardly added anything), meaning the former is more likely. I don't want this to turn into another situation like with Mannimarco, where a (demi-)god becomes killable. The meanings one can gain from that video cause me to infer some very lore breaking things. Though the lore has been butchered to death already (thanks again, Todd Howard), I'd hope that the inclusion of one of the old (an retired) developers when designing the main quest at least soothed the butchering...

You bring up a good point with the Manimarco thing. This supposed "Demi-God" Turned out to be little more than some Altmer with one of the few unique items in the game. And after you defeat him, the others barely seem phased. "I've done the unthinkable, what even Galerion failed to do! I've defeated the King of Worms!"
"Congratulations, would you like some more glow dust?"
