Tis the last of the series. I can't wait to see how it ends, but I'm a bit worried as well. I don't want it to end on a too sour note, but I don't want the super kid friendly happy ending either. I know at least two characters are suppose to die. How good the series is depends mostly which two those are. At least for me.

One thing I noticed in the last book:
The initials of the guy who left the note in the pendant/whatever it was were R.B.. The only character that I can think of with those initials is Sirius's brother, Regulus, I believe.

I've only read 1-5. I have #6 lying around somewhere in my house, but eveytime I find it I'm already reading a book. After I finish that book I can never find the Harry Potter book. It's been like since last summer when my mum bought it. She read's the Harry potter books too.

Well lets just say if your a fan of here books she hates you. She once did a book signing and some kid was I guess one of those fanatic types...you know like every one at a comic con. And so when he got up to get his books signed she was like "My god get a life you twerp"(not sure the actual words she used but those were the basics of what she said) And then commensed to make fun of him more. I think if you an author you have to respect you fans. If it weren't for them she'd still be living in the gutters so she's pretty much a bitch.
oh and if Remus dies then I hate her! Because if he dies then that will of coarse me tonks will die and they are my two favorite living characters.

Books are quite good. I always thought they were kiddy stories. I never watched the movies till the prisoner of azkaban came out on DVD, the commercials didn't look childish, and the theme appeared dark.. which I like. bought the box set and watched them all and became a fan. The third movie is still by far my favorite.
After that I read the books once the half blood prince was released. The commercials for the Order of the Phoenix look promising. I just wonder how they are going to finish the series in the movies with the same cast, as I feel the Harry, Ron and Hermione are aging too quickly. The last movie wasn't that bad, but by the time they make the last book into a movie they kids are going to look 30 years old.

I agree Death. It takes 2-3 years to make movies. 4 of the 7 have been made already. I think the first cast of kids, Harry Potter, Ron, and Hermoine, will play their parts in the 5th and then new actors will hired.
BTW the girl that plays Hermoine is very attractive ;D
