Down the wide and deep of the Beyond Maw. Past the large black metal gates of the Beyond Portal. There lies a dark and demonic kingdom, called the Circumvent Demorica. This is the home of the wicked and cunning mind of a god named OGRenderence. He calls his people the Factor, or that atleast is what his soldiers call themselves. This kingdom has survived in the middle of the universe for over twenty billion years and has gained it's right to call it's self the Devil Kings of the Universe.
Only a few light-years away from this demonic place lies another Kingdom. The home planet of the Silver Bloods. Their own god has lived just as long as the factor's and is just as strong. Karn, their gods name, has fought for millennia after millennia just for the sake of battle. His fortunes have never been good though and he has lost many battles, including the Ten Thousand Year War (Fought against the Heritic Gerald) and the War of the Four Moons (The planet originally had four moons. The second battle ,the battle of the Eleven Moons, was won).
This is meant to leave many questions. Many of these will be answered in the upcoming tales of Universal Aftermath ~ OG

Well you've got me interested. Looks like I'm finally going to see deeper into your universe you've created.

Lots of question marks, but The background does prove useful.

The question marks are there for a reason. No one knows who goes there or if there is anyone to fill those voids.

Then that meens it's rather uninformative, in an informative way. it's kind of hard to explain. No ones knows who they are, or if they exist (which I hope they do, offspring is only possible by the 'interaction' between a mom and a dad). But, it doesn't really give out any information. Again, it's hard to explain.

Cross knelled over the Desolate Plains, and searched the horizon. Same as usual. Not a damn thing. He stopped looking and put his hand onto the short one inch grass. It was so serene that one wouldn't think, that just two feet under the thousand mile plain, a five hundred foot deep marsh was situated. He pulled his hand back up as he stood and looked at his bodyguards. They were watching him more intently then a mother Flame Dragon watches her young. Suddenly the radio crackled into life and blared a few loud screeching code names. The fool Thisteldown was here with his pretend name. Cross looked at the radio and sighed. Thistel's soldier's were lambs to the slaughter here.
Thisteldown's troops looked up with anxiety as Cross came in with his six foot seven bodyguards. They looked back with disgust at their shorter, less muscular bodies and their nastily tan skin. Thisteldown looked at Cross and swiftly looked back down. "So, the great Thunderfoot comes to give us his graces?" Cross said with obvious mockery. Thistel didn't rise to the bait and said back as coolly as he could under the general's gaze, "I want to show my worth in combat here, and-" Cross raised his hand impatiently and told him straight off, "You may join the battle, fool. But the young one stays at the Walled City just past the Under-Cross Pass." At the last part he indicated the Young child near Thistel. Cross looked at the child with no interest and asked, "Why have you followed your brother?" "He says I have one of the powers." He said back with all the confidence in the world. Cross chuckled warmly and pointed to one of his guards before turning back to Thistel, "Get your troops to Over-Cross." Thistel saluted and told his troops where and what to expect there.
"The troops looked disapprovingly upon these weak off-worlders. Moral was quickly dropping as they whined about being bored or not having enough to eat. But after the first battle against Grey Slayer, a Heretic, they were just like us. Shooting from the high positions or firing from the front-lines, they were almost able to keep up with our slowest. This was enough for my troops to accept them as their own and Thistel's troops quickly stopped whining so much, written by General Cross"
Cross looked at his soldiers as they ran to their positions. This was the twelfth battle they had been in since Thistel came. This was going to be his last. He already knew this, as it was written in his fate. Thistel looked at Cross with sadness written in everything he did, but still not letting it show in his face. Cross knew the reason, as it was the same as his own. Family, or what was left of it. Cross walked down the lines and went into the nearest trench and sat down to wait.
They were ready. They were always ready. They shining crosses that were smashed into their armour showed which army they belonged to. The Heretics were rushing as they always did. the only difference was the numbers. They were numbering in the hundred thousands while Cross was in the thousands. Very bad odds for him, but good odds for his date with death. Cross looked at Thistel and nodded.Thistel nodded back and stood up with his troops, "Long-Rifles fire!" The men with the two and a half foot long guns fired their single shots guns at the mass of angry heretics. "Long-Rifles reload! Ronger Guns, fire!" The Long-Rifle carrying men stooped to reload while the men with shorter guns fired their ten bullet magazines. "Ronger Guns reload! Shot-blasters, fire!" The last soldiers popped up and fired their buckshot using guns at the enemy front-lines. Cross jumped up and shouted "Cross Soldiers fire at will!" The large Silverstrons raised their guns and began unleashing all they had on the bastard heretics.
Cross and the other soldiers were soon stuck in a dangerous melee. Thistel's soldiers only had their guns to fight with, but the Cross Soldiers had axes or swords to fend the attackers off with. Thistel himself was firing his four shot pistols at anything stupid enough to charge him. Cross swung his sword with grim satisfaction as more and more silver blood covered him.....
Karn looked up from the book he was reading aloud to a small group of children. "What happened next?" One ventured as Karn stopped. Karn smiled back and replied "Their last moments aren't covered in this book."
The odds against Cross had been 7,809 to 379,043. The end of the battle showed what true warriors of Karn could do. The last Heretic charge pitted against Cross, Thistel and the remaining eighty troops. 82 to 309,750..... To be continued

Longer than usual, which is good. Better than your usual writing, too, which is good.
