Descend from heaven we do come To pass on peace in caring love Wings adorn in cheerful gaze But this world is a tricky maze
We come to help we come to aid Our visage humble, if not tame The vision held a noble view To make this world completely new
We offer peace, but you want war. You thirst for power, always more. You leave us here bound in chains. Keep us slaves for evil gains. In fear we escape your nightmare realm But you fight back and overwhelm. You slew my brothers in rivers red. Wake me when this world is dead.

The first twop lines didn't rhyme in several of the stanza's, and the ending seemed sorta weak to me, but it was otherwise a good poem!

The ending was kinda eh, but otherwise I liked it. Nice work.
