As a necromancer, Sothe has always been shunned by society. But they know nothing of the joy of sucking out someone’s soul, or the knowledge that you cannot die of old age. Let them have their kings and queens. Immortals are the ones with true power.
Sothe and his fellow necromancers, Atrkim, a Dark Elf who had been Sothe’s best friend since childhood, Fangrim, a Khajiit who preferred to be alone then with the rest of the group, and Aldrgar, a High Elf who had taught them all. All four of them lived in an Ayleid ruin along The Black Road, between Chorrol and The Imperial City. They preyed on the travelers who passed by, but recently the Imperial Watch took notice.
They had to stay inside all day, and their food supply was running low. Someone had to leave to get food.
“Who should go? If all four of us went, it would be hard to evade guards and we would be more noticeable. People tend to remember bands of people in black robes” a said Fangrim
“Well, I vote Sothe and Atrkim, they are small, sneaky, and if they were questioned could probably pass as regular travelers.” replied Aldrgar.
“Sounds good to me,” said Sothe. “Any objections, Atrkim?"
“None at all, my friend, this should be fun.” Atrkim said, smiling at the thought of another adventure with his friend. They left that night to get food in Chorrol. Even at night, they still had to hide from 15 Imperial Foresters. The filled black soul gems might look a bit suspicious, as well as the weapons they had, and normal travelers did not just happen to have Daedric weapons. Upon arriving in Chorrol, they were held up at the gates. “What are you doing out so late, travelers?” asked a Chorrol guard.
“Just wanting to stay at an inn for the night, sir.” replied Sothe.
“We are required to search all of the travelers coming in from the Black Road, because of the recent deaths.”
Taking a quick look around to see if there were any more guards in the area, Sothe quickly drew his prized possession, an enchanted Daedric dagger called Soulpierce. Atrkim put his hand over the guard’s mouth, but he still managed a strangled cry. Sothe slit the man’s throat, and ran quickly to some bushes up against a wall. Unfortunately, they were stuck there until the scene cleared up. Guards came rushing out of the gate tower, and examined the body.
“Could be a simple murder, but I am guessing that this has something to do with the recent deaths. Check the immediate perimeter, and search for clues.” said one.
As one of the Guards wandered over to the bush, Sothe and Atrkim knew they were going to be caught, and certainly tortured and hanged, unless they could fight this one out. Sothe drew his Ebony mace, and Atrkim his Daedric Warhammer he named Foe-Hammer, after a weapon in his favorite book.
Charging out, they took the first one easily. Hearing the man slump to the ground the rest of the guards turned. Seeing their comrade dead with two men in black robes standing over him, they charged.
“Damn it!” cursed Atrkim.
“Put a shield spell on and run!”
Charging through the streets, they started to gain ground. Running up to the gates, they found them blocked, and quickly realized that there was no where to run. Seeing a powerful looking man step up and start waving his arms and speaking a strange language, they start to put on a resistance spell, but are too slow. Suddenly, neither of them can move.
“Tie them up, I cannot hold the spell for long!” yelled the man. Four guards ran up and tied bound their hands and feet, then gagged them none to gently.
“Well, well, well, what do we have here? Looks like the killers were necromancers. I want these two scheduled for a slow execution. Take them away!”
After their fellow necromancers had been gone for more than a day, Fangrim and Aldrgar decided to go looking for them, carrying nothing on that looked too suspicious, but they might need weapons, so they dressed like they were rich and both grabbed glass weapons. Making it to Chorrol Was easy, as was getting the news. Asking the guard at the gate about rumors, they quickly learned their friends’ fate. “What do you want to do, master?” asked Fangrim.
“Well, the only thing we can do,” said Aldrgar, “Save them”.
“But how? They are in the dungeon!”
“We wait. Let the guards bring them to us.” Back in the dungeon, Sothe and Atrkim heard the door slam. As the voices neared, they knew it was time for their execution. With their hands and feet bound, they could do nothing. They were carried out, and tied upon two racks in the middle of town.
“You have been sentenced death for the murders of the following people: Ilkan-gro-Malog, Depusanis Nuccius, Frinnius Artorius, Wuleen-Shei, Sathler Arethan, Valund Faust-” Suddenly, an arrow whizzes through the air, striking the executioner in the back. Aldrgar leaped up, cutting the bonds that held Sothe and Altrkim to the rack. Fangrim covered them from above, striking the guards with both arrows and magic. The crowd that had gathered to watch quickly dispersed, because Atrkim, upon being freed, had just summoned a Daedroth, who began attacking guards and citizens alike. Sothe, Aldrgar, and Atrkim began running for the gates, Fangrim, being a master in acrobatics, leapt down and joined them, catching up swiftly. Quickly dispatching any guards that got in their way, they made it to the gates with ease. They ripped them open, and once outside, quickly cast invisibility spells on themselves, so the guards in the tower could not shoot them.
They turned and laid waste to the gates with powerful destruction spells, and kept on running, wary of Imperial Foresters. Luckily, their Ayleid ruin had not been found, and they rested in there for a few hours before realizing something:
They still needed food.

“Well, what do you guys want to do? We can try hunting, or maybe try our luck in the Imperial City.” said Fangrim
“Hunting is not an option, the area is crawling with Imperial Foresters.” replied Aldrgar swiftly. “Let’s just try our luck in the Imperial City. We will go there invisible, steal what we need, then come back.”
The four packed their weapons, potions for restoring magika, and some soul gems in case they met any stray travelers along the way. Making their way east along the Black Road, they made it pretty far before hearing some screaming up ahead. Creeping along quietly, the screaming gets louder. They hear banging and a clash of weapons. As they near the clearing they see something huge.
“Oh shit…” curses Adlrgar
“…What…is that?” asked Sothe
“That, my friends, is the Uderfrykte Matron”

No. I just hate hunting. I live near a bunch of rednecks, and they always try to get me to go hunting with them. I finally said ok, and then they tried to get me to use Chew Tobacco. I am 14 years old.
