I like the update. This story is definitely moving quick, and I like it when a story moves quick. Good job, Death, can't wait for more.

I've been in a writing slump, and I know this isn't much of an update, but I had to force myself to write something. Its late so expect errors galore.
----------------------------------------------------------------
Mario has little time to rest from his encounter, as large bolts of energy comes from above, and explodes the ground around him. He leaps forward and holds on too his hat as a futuristic fighter jet swoops by, before launching upward into the sky again. The fighter is quickly followed by a slimmer designed jet that Mario recognizes immediately. It was an Arwing, and it had its leaders call sign just below the cockpit. Starfox... He was alive. Smoke trailed from the side of the Arwing, and Mario watched on as it dipped, and dived, following its prey's every move. A small explosion rocks the Arwing, as it tilts off to one side, and strays off target. The smaller vessel quickly uses the explosion to his advantage and circles around to become the hunter. The smoke from the Arwing worsens, and becomes black. The ship drops in altitude quickly and soars low over the battlefield.
Mario narrows his eyes, and positions himself steadily awaiting the ships to pass overhead. The Arwing screeches by, and Mario follows running as fast as he can. He doesn't look back, but hears the smaller ship approaching. He listens closely for he knows he needs to time his triple jump perfectly. He moves between random enemies, most that are too busy to notice his presence, and leaps, one after another, and launches himself high on the third attempt. He spins just in time to grab the tail fin of the ship as it passes by. The sudden jerk almost pulls his arms from their sockets, but his grip holds firm. The wind blows Mario's hat from his head, and he strains his neck to watch it fall slowly too the ground. Through the clear cockpit Mario can see the pilot clearly. He looks much like Starfox actually, but his fur is dark Grey and he appeared more wolf like. The pilot obviously noticed his new passenger and pulled away from his earlier pursuit now climbing almost vertically high into the sky.
Mario tries to look downward as they pass through cloud cover, but he quickly loses sight of the ground below. He pulls himself hand over hand fighting the G forces, and climbing slowly towards the front of the jet. He reaches the back hinge of the cockpit and pulls himself up too the glass. He finds himself staring down the barrel of the pilots pistol. The wolf fires several shots and that burst through the glass. Mario is forced to release his grip and flies quickly to the back of the plan, slamming hard into the rear rudder once again. A feather leaves his pocket and circles slowly down the jet stream below. Mario shakes his head as he gets his footing. He was saving that feather for an emergency.
The entire ship shakes badly now, the cockpit ruptured the ship had become unstable, making it even harder to hold on. Still it continues its climb. Mario feels the wind get much colder and his head becomes light. The Oxygen was almost non existent at this height. The pilot was attempting to asphyxiate Mario. This ship was capable of space travel, and the pilot had an oxygen mask. Mario begins to realize that boarding this plane may of not been the best idea. He had to get to that oxygen mask. He gathers his strength and attempts to climb again. His lungs gasp, and give off a high pitch squeal with each breath. Darkness enters from the borders of his eyes, and make their way to their centers. Mario knew he was blacking out, and if that happened, he was dead for sure.

He leaps forward and holds on too his hat to instead of too quickly followed by a slimmer designed jet I would suggest getting rid of or changing the word 'designed'. fighting the G forces Though it technically means the same thing, force of gravity may be a far better term to use. himself up too the glass to instead of too
Good to see you writing again, Death. I liked this update, can't wait for more.

The wolf fires several shots and that burst through the glass. Mario is forced to release his grip and flies quickly to the back of the plan, Plane, and methinks that its a starfighter in all technicality. Nice to see you writing by the way

Yeah Death, Arwings are space fighters like the X-Wings from Star Wars. Cool update though. I may not be much of a Nintendo fan, but this story is entertaining.

I'm trying desperately to find the script and character list for this story so I can finally finish it. My wife cleaned my writing room or "The Sanctuary" and did something with all my Captain N research material. If I can't find it soon, I'll try to post anyway, and just alter it later, but I'm going to wait a bit hopefully it will turn up soon.
